We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages that arrive over a
weekend or a public holiday are answered on the next working day.
What we can help with
- Corrections — something on the site that is wrong or out of date
- Questions about the guide itself, or about a term used in it
- Suggestions for a topic the resource does not yet cover
- Requests to quote or republish part of the content
- Press and editorial enquiries
Corrections are the most useful message you can send. If a figure, a method description or a claim
here does not match current practice, say so and point us at the source — we would rather fix
it than defend it.
What we cannot help with. This site sells nothing, so we cannot take orders or
answer questions about an order, a delivery or a specific consignment — we hold no stock, ship
nothing and issue no records. We also do not give guidance on the selection, preparation or end use
of any material. If you need the batch record or the water activity figure for a specific
consignment, that request belongs with whoever supplied it.
